FIS organizes its administrative apparatus according to function. Each specialized department includes experts with deep expertise in each assigned field and specialty, aiming to attract experts to leadership work, solving problems in a more proficient and professional manner.

2. Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh: Deputy General Director for project implementation

3. Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet: Deputy General Director for product development

MANAGEMENT HIERARCHY

- The General Director is the person who manages and supervises all business activities, people as well as cooperation activities of the enterprise.

- The Deputy General Director is authorized by the General Director to sign documents, reports, and contracts in the assigned fields.

- The Project Board of Directors is assigned by the General Director to be in charge of the highest level of expertise and professionalism in the assigned fields: (1) Basic forestry survey; (2) Applying high technology in forest management, protection and development.

- Administrative - Accounting Department: performs administrative and accounting work and other assigned tasks. The Head of Administrative - Accounting Department, concurrently the chief accountant, is authorized to sign on behalf of the following documents and papers: travel permits, certified copies, letters of introduction, notices after the Board of Directors has agreed on the content.

- Project Consulting Department: performs the work of supporting connections, promoting consulting on programs and projects; bidding and contract work. The Head of Project Consulting Department is authorized to sign on behalf of the quotation of products and services after the Board of Directors has agreed on the content.

- Project Implementation Department: is the focal point, directly implementing projects from preparation to implementation (forest survey, data processing, map creation, ...), reporting on the results of the projects.

- Research and Development Department: research and analysis to identify ideas - build new products, improve existing products of the company.

HUMAN RESOURCES CAPACITY

Currently, FIS has a team of employees with deep expertise and many years of experience working in the field of information technology and forestry, specifically FIS's staff includes 30 full-time professional staff: 04 PhDs; 11 masters (forestry, geography, forest resource management and environment), 15 engineers (Geography and Land Management, Forestry, Economics, Mathematics and Informatics, Geography, environment...)

Experts and staff working at FIS are strictly selected, ensuring standards of professional ethics, expertise, rich experience, quickness, creativity, and dedication to the forestry industry. FIS regularly organizes exchanges of experience and expertise to improve staff capacity to excellently complete tasks and ensure the criteria set by partners.
